Do you feel tired most of the time? Not sleeping as well as you should? Are you moving through life on an unhealthy diet with little or no exercise? Are you suffering with low energy levels feeling sluggish? Have suffered some emotional trauma  in your life that you have never properly addressed or faced? Emotions can have a significant impact on your health, particularly negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt. When they have built up over time they may lead to irrational thinking, outbursts of angry and inappropriate behaviour that you regret later.

Looking after your physical and emotional health is essential to a long and happy life. The healthier you are, the more energy you will have and in turn the more alive you will feel. Your physical health, when neglected, can lead to a variety of medical conditions often requiring prescribed drugs, but never addressing the root cause. Many life events may have an impact on your emotional health – a relationship break up, the loss of a loved one, being made redundant … How we deal with the feelings these events throw up is what counts.

To assist with emotional healing, NLP Coaching uses time line techniques to clear inappropriate emotions previously experienced. Time Line Therapy, along with coaching, provides a more holistic approach and with issues such as those listed below, and many more, to give you the tools to achieve health and wellbeing.

My son has suffered with depression and bouts of anger due to unresolved trauma for a large part of his life. Over the last few months I had become increasingly concerned for his mental well-being after witnessing recent outbursts of anger followed by long periods of silence.  Medical intervention had been of very little help and as a mother I felt helpless. In as little as three, one-hour sessions we can address issues, adapt behaviour and start making a difference to your life. Coaching could give you that feel good factor with more energy and less stress, leaving you feeling more in control and confident about your life and looking forward to a long and healthy future. After an initial free consultation, a bespoke coaching programme can be designed to suit you. Coaching sessions can be arranged within business hours, evenings or weekends. Sessions can be conducted at our premises in Staffordshire, and can vary from approximately one hour, with half and full breakthrough day sessions being optional.
The coach will work with both adults and teenagers, and NHS referrals are also accepted.
